With over 20 years behind the chair, Susan brings genuine curiosity and a spirit of collaboration to every appointment — she believes each client is a new opportunity for discovery. She's furthered her precision cutting technique through advanced training at Redken 5th Avenue, and her cuts are built to last, with close attention to how they'll grow out over time.

Color is where Susan truly comes alive — from seamless gray blending and subtle highlights to incorporating all colors of the rainbow, she's drawn to every corner of the craft. Above all, her goal is simple: for every client to leave feeling the magic of a great cut and color.

Susan’s appointment hours are:

Friday: 2 am - 7 pm

Sunday: 10 am - 4 pm
