Ammon James (known by friends and clients as “Slammin’ Ammon”) has been doing hair for 4 years and he absolutely loves it. He is an expert “hairapist” as well as being a pro in working with curly cuts and natural texture! He feels that your hair is your best personal accessory and believes in working with what feels natural for each person! Whether it's a cut or color, and whether it’s embracing your natural beauty or embarking on a creative and avant-garde adventure, Ammon’s motto is: “It's your hair, own it.”
Ammon’s appointment hours are:
10 am - 6 pm: Tuesday and Friday
10 am - 8 pm: Saturday

“Ammon was awesome. He listened to my concerns about my hair, and my general thoughts about what I'd like, and he made very knowledgeable recommendations based on my hair type, texture, and color. I went with his recommendations for color technique and cut, and it turned out beautifully. This was the first experience I've had where a stylist asked me good questions and then made personalized recommendations for me. He was a great conversationalist, too! Very enjoyable experience.
